Are the front and rear brake rotors interchangeable?

I just need to know if they are interchangeable because I have a bad rear rotor and have a rotor off the front of another Durango.

It looks like they are different.

Front Brakes Rotor 52010080AE $139.00
Rear Brakes Rotor 52009968AA $46.70
