Antifreeze is leaking below the thermostat housing

The thermostat gasket is not leaking. I don't know the name of the part where the housing is mounted where the leak is. need to know how to remove and repair. Thanks

This part is your vehicle's water pump. It is fairly easy to replace. In the diagrams down below I have included the directions,from the vehicle manufacturer for the removal and installation of your vehicle's water pump, an exploded diagram of your vehicle's cooling system, and the Original Equipment Manufacturer [OEM] part number for the water pump in the diagrams down below. Hello again,

I know that it is your water pump that is leaking because I have a 4.6L engine in my Mustang. The water pump utilizes a rubber o-ring as it's gasket, which has probably failed.You can replace the rubber o-ring [recommended], or use high temperature RTV as a gasket instead.
