Anti theft system preventing car from starting

Went into the store to grab a bag of ice came back to the car and tried to cut the car on and the car would not start it only clicks. On the dashboard everything comes on and says "Anti Theft Security System Problem, Car May Not A" on the dashboard. Please give me a solution to this problem.

Good evening,

The first thing I would do is check the battery. Low voltage will cause this issue.
