anti-theft system, steering wheel is locked, and my key will not turn?

My steering wheel is locked, and my key won't turn. I've tried to turn my steering wheel to the right and left and turn the key at the same time for about 30 minutes straight and nothing. now the light is off I think the battery is dead now and my windows are cracked half ways. What can I do? Also, my key looks very worn out, but I never had a problem with it, but I don't know what to do first.

The first thing to do is replace the key lock solenoid and lock assembly, also charge or replace the battery, here are guides to help us and I have included how to change out the key lock in the diagrams below:
