Okay, so basically I accidentally hit the lock button while I was in the car and simply hit the unlock button and opened the door to get out. However now the alarm won’t stop sounding whenever I open a door or turn the car on(the car will start but the alarm stays sounding). I’ve disconnected the battery with no luck. We had the ignition switch replaced so the key we have only works in the ignition and not on the car doors. Can I cut off the alarm some how or do I need to get a whole new key that will unlock the doors to cut off the alarm?

No, the alarm must stay. Lets try a hard reboot of the security system to see if that straightens it out. Disconnect the battery, then turn the key on, then reconnect the battery. This should do it:

Please run down this guide and report back.
