How do I rest the security system on my vehicle? The light stays on and the car wont start. Turns over, but I don't hear the fuel pump running when the key is in the on position.

The security light doers not flash. I even entered the pass code from the dealership. Before I entered the pass code, the horn would not beep when I hit the lock button twice on the key fob. Now it does, but the light stays on. It still will not start.
