Dashboard light is blinking as if an anti theft is active and the car is not cranking.

The passive anti theft system is preventing the vehicle from being started due to any one of several reasons. The first step is to retrieve trouble codes from the power-train control module, the code or codes that are retrieved will lead us to the right direction that diagnosis will need to go.

Hi STHEMBISO SHELEMBE,

In BMDOUBLE's answer he mentioned retrieving codes. I have included a link for you if would like to see how to retrieve the codes yourself. I also included a tutorial from our YouTube channel showing the procedure.
