Is there a anti-theft system on my truck? What could cause it not to start? Has spark and fuel.

There is no anti theft on that model only for door locks nothing else. so it would not prevent starting. See our link on what to check. if you have an ASD relay check that first, it may be low fuel pressure or not a good enough spark.
