Car will not Move after replacing ECM

I just swap the ECM but the green key light is on. Car turn on but car wont move. Possible anti-theft issue?

I assume you swapped the ECM with one out of another vehicle or did you purchase it new for this vehicle?
Either way we need to check what codes are in the computer as if this was a used ECM then it may have issues that we need to figure out.
