Annoying Steering Wheel Squeak or noise when turned.

This vehicle's steering column has an annoying squeak when turned in any direction, and what is needed to fix it? and the difficulty level? Thank You

There is a rubber boot at the firewall where the steering shaft goes through. There may be a plastic cover over that which has to be removed, then you pull the boot back and spray some grease on it. A cotter pin pick works well, and I use Chrysler's Spray White Grease. That is a lithium-based grease. It goes on runny, the juice soaks into tight places and takes the grease with it, then that juice evaporates.
