There is no module for the active noise canceling, the setting will be inside the radio setup screen.

Speed-Sensitive Volume Compensation (SVC)

All audio systems are equipped with speed-sensitive volume compensation (SVC). The audio-navigation unit or the audio unit receives the vehicle speed pulse (VSP) from the ECM/PCM. The system processes the speed input and increases the navigation or the audio system volume level as the vehicle speed increases to compensate for the interior noise that occurs at higher speeds. When the vehicle slows down, the volume returns to its normal level. The SVC has four settings: SVC OFF, SVC LOW, SVC MID, and SVC HIGH that can be adjusted using the audio-navigation unit or the audio unit. The factory default setting is SVC MID.

Please let us know what happens.

Okay, from everything I read my car had an anc module on the roof by the microphone speakers. It stops engine noise from being in the cab and when you put aftermarket Subs in you're supposed to unplug the module so that it doesn't mess with the sound.

There is no ANC module I can find, there is a microphone, but it is for the navigation. The ANC feature is built into the radio system. Were you able to go through the screen prompts and find the option to turn off? Here are the radio system wiring diagrams so you can look them over to see what I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
