Codes P0339 and P0300, surging at idle or stopped in drive, sometimes even shuts off immediately on start up?

Okay, to start, it's worth noting that I sprang a leak in my oil pan and didn't realize it until I saw a cloud of smoke billowing out from under my car, and when I stopped, my dipstick was bone dry.
So, I sealed up the leak. Filled it back up with oil, and seemingly all at once:

Surging at idle or stopped in drive, sometimes even shutoff.

DTC P0339 immediately on start up.

Intermittent DTC P0300.

A "tapping" noise that is in time with engine speed. Sometimes louder than others. Intermittent oil pressure light when engine is not under load. The oil level is still good. What's happening here? Is my oil pump bad? Or my CKP? Both? Neither? Help! Edit: now it won't start at all. It will kind of sputter for a second, but doesn't fully ignite.

The P0339 code is the Crankshaft Position Sensor “A” Circuit is intermittent. I would check the wiring to the sensor and if okay replace the sensor which should fix the problem. Here is the location of the crankshaft position sensor so you can check it out and replace the sensor. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Put in the new CKP sensor. It'll start and drive (although it cuts power once I reach 3,000 RPMs, as if that's the redline). But the code comes back immediately after starting the engine. It will often shut off when I come to a stop. What's the next thing to check?

This is the code that comes back?

The P0339 code is the Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit

If so, we need to check the connection from the crankshaft sensor to the PCM. here is a guide and the wiring diagrams for the engine and sensor so you can see which wires to test.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-wiring

start with the last two diagrams which show the crankshaft sensor wiring. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Oh no I'm sorry, it's now p0335, if that makes a difference.
It's probably worth noting that I noticed I had installed the new sensor a little bit wonky. After seating it correctly, I reset the codes and fired it up and let it idle for a few minutes. No codes. Come back a little while later, and after driving it for maybe 30 seconds, CEL (p0335) is back on and has the same symptoms as before.

The P0335 code is for "Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Malfunction. So, this is still a wiring or sensor issue, if the wiring is okay, I would replace the sensor again because it might be defective.
