I can't find any diagram or videos on how to locate and replace the ambient air temperature sensor for the temperature on the rear view mirror.

Good evening,
The ambient temperature sensor is under the hood on the radiator shroud.
I attached a picture for you to view. I assume you are looking for the temperature reading for outside temperature from the rear view mirror?
If not, let me know what you are looking for. There is an in car temp sensor for the A/C system as well. I attached the location of that for you as well. It is under the trim molding on the drivers side of the windshield.

Yes, it is for the rear view mirror. I looked there and it isn't there.

The sensor is not there. It only displays the reading. The sensor at the front of the car is what sends the signal to the mirror for displaying the temperature.
