Alternator will not charge

I just had the starter replaced and the alternator replaced, but it's not charging the battery. i had to jump it off 2nd alternator this one is a brand new one. The mechanic doesn't know what else to do. The alternator fuse is still good.

Make sure the fuses are good. You need to verify voltage on both sides of the fuse. Then make sure the power to the alternator is present as well. You should have 2 power sources.
