Hi, tomorrow I'm replacing an alternator in the vehicle listed above SX. Can you please provide me with detailed steps with pictures? Also, which is better? To remove the engine mount or A/C compressor? If I remove the A/C compressor, does anything need to be flushed? Please give any warnings ⚠️ or precautions when lowering the engine so I don't seriously mess it up. Thanks, I really appreciate it.

Hi,

I have good news and bad news. The good news is I have the directions for replacing the alternator. The bad news is it isn't an easy one to do. You need to remove the front engine mount to access the upper alternator bolt.

Take a look through the directions below and let me know if you have questions.

Take care,

Joe
