Alternator pigtail?

I would like to know the order of the pigtail and the wires that go to the alternator because I had had pulled the wires out of the pigtail.

Image below for pigtail harness on alternator

4 - Grey --> Black (common)
3 - Yellow/Black --> Green (sense)
2 - Brown --> Red (lamp)

Image 2 is the original wiring connector to alternator

Black/Yellow - Battery
Brown - Charge to Gauge cluster
Grey - IPDM

Okay, so what if we got a 250 amp alternator it has a 4 prong plug?

And also, it's a two prong plug for the original alternator, and we have a 4-prong plug.

Hello,

All the technical wiring diagrams are listing 2 or 3 pin alternator connectors.
See images below.

The 3 wire alternator is for smart charging controlled by the IPDM on the light blue wire

Did the supplier of the 4 wire alternator not supply a connection guide to either 2 or 3 pin connector?
