Are you sure all the wires to and from the alternator were put back on?
How much voltage do you have at the big connection on the back of the alternator, the B+ when the engine is revved up to 2,000 rpm?

I see two fuses to check, the "cluster" fuse (hot all the time) and the "CLS/PCM", (hot in off and run), both in the fuse block.
