Alternator not charging battery

New battery, new alternater, new voltage regulator, car cranks and runs perfect for about 30 min battrry goes dead, put on the lights car kills hold the brakes the car kills

Start by measuring the battery voltage, first with the engine off, then with it running. Do that after charging the battery at a slow rate for at least an hour. Tell me what you find.
