Alternator keeps failing, why?

I've replaced the alternator three times. Replaced belt, tensioner, and battery. Still failed.

Hi,

How long did it work before it failed each time? Also, are you using the same brand and is it a new alternator or a remanufactured alternator?

Let me know. Also, if you have already replaced it and it is presently working, do me a favor and check the alt output.
