Codes P0011, P0016, P0017, P0113, P0742 and P0742?

I got a couple of codes after changing timing chains, new chain and guides. I also pulled the engine to do refresh I will show you my work let me know what you think. These codes are listed as pulled in this order:
P0011
p0016
p0017
p0113
p0742
P0742 I'm thinking maybe didn't seat torque converter in correctly?

There is a procedure to get the timing of the crankshaft to camshaft correlation correct which I have included below. If you can confirm the timing is correct and you still get codes, please remove the camshaft oil control valve to see if any gunk/metal shavings have plugged the oil screen and the front of the valve.

P0011 - Camshaft Position "A" - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 1):

P0016 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A):

P0017 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor B):

These two codes please start new questions for each code.

P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor Circuit High Input:

P0742 - Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Stuck On:
