My car has 85,000 miles and is a five speed, 3.0 liter engine. I had to change my in tank electric fuel pump. I have the pump assembled and ready to install, except I forgot how to wire back the wires. Could you tell me how to do it correctly? I put the plug into the new fuel pump where does the positive and negative wires connect to from the fuel pump. Next I have two wires from the sending unit, one is black and the other is a dark blue. where would these two wires connect to? I am out of my elements when it comes to wiring. please help.
Thank you.

see picture for diagram of wiring at tank. due to age your wires may have to go further back in harness to try to find correct colors.
