All windows will not roll down?

I believe you shorted out the GEM, but we need to check for power at fuse # f103.

Here is the location of the fuse and the power window wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Also, here is the location of the GEM so you can change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
