All wheel drive bucking in front on turns

New encoder motor did not solve even after battery disconnect for 4 hours. Then pull number 8 fuse with ignition on. Re-install fuse after 1 minute.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Does it feel let the front is binding when the noise is going? Do you have any check engine lights on?
