Hey guys,

I have two cool donation questions going that are off the beaten path and are more theorical in nature. Feel free to join in on them.

The first one is about the khaos gas saver.

The second is about a guy living in honduras tht imported a 07 low sulfur application into his country that doesn't offer low sulfur diesel:

I've been doing a fair amount of research and contacting others to learn more.

Just some really cool stuff that is a nice change of pace.

Hi Paul,

For the first part, I have never believed in such gadgets and have seen plenty of them in my lifetime.

I just do not understand how a simple gadget such as this without any controls knows how to provide the correct amount of additional air metering for the engine requirement when auto manufacturers had to spend millions of man hours trying to get the PCM to work as efficiently as it could.

It really is a miracle.

For the second part, I had to laugh myself to the toilet. We just upgraded from 3000 ppm to 500 ppm only last September and at your end you are talking about 15 ppm. See how far we are behind?

We are just getting the idea of importing Euro 2 engines and people are asking if the 500 ppm fuel can be used for Euro3 which is 350 ppm.

The oil people says it is ok as the difference is not much but for Euro 4, that is going to be a problem.

Thanks for the info. I am going to be light years ahead after reading what you have offered.

I have similiar feelings on the a/f ratio. Manufactureres know what is optimal or so it would seem lol...I think the difference is that the manufacturer has to warranty the motor and the gas saver does not.

I wish I knew more about the second one...
