Spark Plug Gap

I have a 1940 Chevrolet MasterDeluxe that has been converted to a Streetrod. It has a 350 V8, but the numbers are missing so I cannot tell exactly what year it is. I just installed a complete MSD ignition system in it from distributor through plug wires. I now need to change out the plugs and need to know what size and what gap should be used.
