I hear ya. That's pretty cool, even if it's for a RE WING fan. 8) The sincere thank-you messages make it worthwhile. It is a discreet acknowledgement that you made a difference in someone's frustration. Those messages are hard to delete out of the mailbox :D

On a note with the negative ones. Maybe this isn't the best way to handle it, but I like to call them out. I'm not saying to not help them, but there is NO need for ANY abuse. Most of those kind can be beaten with logic. :Wink:

no it was from a different guy I helped out with an issue on on his power steering. To me the points don't matter, I just like the positive feedback from others I help.
