Defrost issue

Hey guys I have an issue with my defrost on my 1994 camaro v6. The switch is off and still the car is always blowing air at feet and window. I cant find any vacum issues any Ideas where to start. Im not a heat and ac kinda mechanic.

Due to the intake and the ram air feature you will have slight breeze when car is in motion, this is normal! Now if the fan won't shut off, that's another story!

Thanks allot merlin. I pulled my panel off from under th passenger area and when turning the temp nob I got no movement on the temp control valve.I checked the cable and its good.When I turned the selector with vise grips it turned. Found hair line crack in knob and metal insert was slipping. Fixed and now just the normal slight breeze as you stated when in movement.No more warm air.
