clutch prob again!!

That is exactly what happened to my clutch, had it replaced 2 times in a year and then it started grinding, now i can't even get it in 3rd or 4th gear. I am wondering if mechanic did something wrong or if was inevitable and there is something other than the clutch that needs repairs?
