96 Lumina 3.1 115k acceleration idle problems

I have a 96 lumina 3.1 v6 with 115k egr is new and wires and plugs are too. No engine codes appear when it reaches about 2400 rpms it won't accelerate and there is a popping sound like the engine is missing.

I was wondering if you have ever encountered a problem with your breaks? We just bought the car, and had it checked over/safety two days ago. It all worked fine. Now, the brake lights won't come on, but the window brake light does? We have changed the bulb, checked the fuses, and now are stumped. If it were a wire problem wouldn't the back break light not work as well?

Just wondering if you knew anything. Any help would be great

Sounds like veh. Is lean maybe need to check fuel pressure and vol.

Brake lights don't work but third brake light does?
This is cause by a bad connection in the turn sig. Switch
