I put a 95 integra ls B18b1 in my 90 crx but I dotn feel like changin all the wirring around can the 90-93 intgera wiring harness work for it. Or no

Probably not. It is an entirely different set up.

but I ask around on Honda forums to they said yea I would have to change one plug thats it but as long as I grab a OBD1 harness not a pre OBD it should work.

I have heard the same thing but I think the sensor arrangements are at different location in the computer. Good luck
