94 Cherokee rear axle

I have a 4WD 94 Cherokee, 247k and 4.0L 6 cyl. Trying to replace the rear axle assmbly. Its a Dana 35C w/ABS and a 3.07 ratio, the only ratio I can junk yard here so far is a 3.55. Whats the effect if I put a 3.55 in replacing a 3.07???

Your speedo will be off a little. Do you tow with your jeep? a little lower gear will help that. Might need a programmer to reset the trans shift points for the gear change.
