92 caravan cooling fan

My fans don't work when my van gets hot. It is fine when moving but overheats when stopped. I checked for power at the fan when it was hot but could not find any. Any help would be appreciated.

When youre temp gauge climbs past half mark, Does youre fan kick on?. U might have to run a jumper wire to the fan, To see if youre fan works, If it does then youre fan relay wornout, Or if everything works, Could be youre rad or water pump.
