Having a hard time following your details. Is there coolant in the tranny or just on the outside of the tranny? Can you clarify?

In the tranny, its full of water/antifreeze, cooler blew to the inside which filled the radiotor with tranny fluid and the tranny with water, gotta flush the motor also.

Call a transmission repair shop or specialist and ask them about the coolant in the tranny. They may be able to tell you whether it is worth the trouble or recommend a flushing solution to rid the system of the coolant and any affects it may have left.
