86 Astro Van Brakes

Well I did something dumb. I was stuck in some mud and I was running late for an event, so in anger I shifted gears Rev to Park(Auto) without using the brakes(twice).(Dumb) Now I have no brakes! It was my baby, old baby. I replaced a line that was leaking and put in a Brake Master Cylinder, the brake pedal goes all the way down after being bleed. Could it be something with the Trainsmission?

Ok so you replaced the MC. I assume you drained brake lines and added brand new fluid and then bled all 4 corners??? When bleeding you start at the rear pass side then rear dr side, front pass side, and last front driver side. After blleeding each line you should always check your fluid level.
Also check the rubber diaphram under the caps. Is it distorted in any way, was it sitting inside the fluid? Yes to any REPLACE THE DIAPHRAM. It is now sucking air into your brake sytem, not good. Yes they do wear out and require replacement.
If your old ones are good, wash them in warm water and air dry 100%. Do not get any towel lint on them or install wet. Water is no good for the brakes.
