760Li enginge has knocking noise

the 760li E65,N73engine,31000km , the engine has a clearly knocking noise like "kua kua kua " when we turn the steering lock location .check the car by GT--1 , no fault memory .clean the carbon in the intake manifold ,still noise .any ideas?thanks.

I don't look in on this group often but I need more info. Is it an engine noise or some kind of steering noise? If it's a knock from the motor, you may have over reved the damn thing. If so the noise will speed up with the engine being reved. In this case you may have a bad wrist pin on a piston! If it's under warrantee take it in A.S.A.P! Don't tell them about the Race!
