Warranty problem
2010 Questions for all other cars 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

I am a project trainee in TATA MOTORS LTD.
i have given a task to solve the warranty issues in Window Winding Mechanism of TATA SAFARI SUV.

The issues are as follows

1. Glass Pop Out.
2.Window Regulator Noise.
3. Window Regulator hard in Operation.

Please provide me the solutions for these problems.

HI there,

This sounds like an engineering design fault with the regulator, i would be consulting with your design engineering department for this solution.
