2007 Questions for all other cars 6 cyl Manual 49000 miles

my car started making a screeching noise from the front left wheel only when im turning left and if im turning left from a stop position it doesnt do it. I am very worried and would appreciate your advise as I have children in the car regularly. It is quite a loud noise but when I take it easy when turning left its not as loud. Thank you.

Hi jacq,

What type of screeching noise is it? Belt slipping or something brushing against another?

Check if the brake backing plates are too near the rotor causing the noise when making fast turns.
