2004 Questions for all other cars Two Wheel Drive Manual 37000 miles

I had my oil filter, air filter, oil & plugs changed on my car 3 days ago. The car has now started jumping when I am driving it and keeps loosing power and ther is an occassional clanking sound coming from the engine. What could all this mean?

take the vehicle back to the repair shop and have them check they have tightened everything back up .. !!
