2003 ALL OTHER MAKES ALL OTHER MODELS

today i started my car and the gauges( speedometer, rpm and gas) all read o. The car ran fine. later in the day i started it and all dashboard lights lit up and stayed on, they are currently all on and the car is completely off. any ideas as to what is wrong?

there is a tsb for this problem , there is a wire harness repair need at the pcm , power train control module

tsb # is 03-06-04-012a needs to go to the dealer
