Good afternoon,
I am having a problem with the drivers side HID lamp on my 2003 3.2tl-s. First the lamp went pink, then started to come back to blueish white, now just flickers and goes out after about 10 seconds. Would you have the test procedure to check the ballast and the ignitor as I cannot seem to find it in any of the Chilton manuals. I have disconnected power to that lamp for the time being.

Thanks in advance.

Does this only affect the low beam? In looking at the wiring diagram, I see that the low bearm is controlled by the ignitor and convertor, but both of them share the relay and there is one for each side of the vehicle. You could swap the relays and see if that moves the problem to the other side and thus would point to the relay.

Bruce,
Thank you for your response. First, this does only affect the low beam. I went out and swapped the relays with no affect.
