2002 Ranger Running Lights

Today I was driving and my CD player started smoking. So I go to uninstall it and there where open wires and the illumination wire touched another wire( I cant remember wich one) and now my running lights dont work and the dash lights dont work. I checked every fuse nothing seems to be blown.

Gotta check the fuses really closely, sometimes they'll be blown and not appear so.

I checked and replaced all the ones inside the truck and looked at all the ones under the hood. Im taking it in to ford today so then I can find out maybe tonight.
