Recently started hearing what sounds to be noisy lifters. It has approx 56K miles, just changed the ICV because it was surging, but now the lifter noise is bothersome. I've just changed the oil and used synthetic hoping it might cure with better oil performance. Should I wait to let the oil work in, or any other advice?

BG induction cleaning, the oil from your pcv on the back side of your intake valves builds up and causes a little more room between lifter and valve, also get the injection cleaning also. look up BGservices for suport near you.check it out for yourself.
