I had the check engine light come on. Shop changed the catalytic converter but said it may also be the 02 sensor but wanted to see if the converter fixed the problem first. Light came back on. I have priced 02 sensors and I believe I can replace them myself My question is should I replace both the up and down stream sensor, or work my way from up to down to see if the problem is solved? Also, is it hard to reset the check engine light?

Start with one. They make an OBD2 scanner, I bought one off ebay for $35. Great investment. Real simple tool , not like the fancy ones but it tells me what I need to know and will turn the light off. You can also pull a fuse under the hood that will also reset the computer. Can't remember which one it is but a search on google will tell you. Search for resetting ecu honda
