2001 Dakota - Heater only blows on high

Problem just started with the heater today, it only works on full blast.

You need to check for where the power stops. Typical reasons are a bad relay or resistor, but not to exclude a switch or blower motor. See if tapping on the lower motor housing has an effect on it when it is on low.
