my wipers won't turn off even when i turn off and turn my car back on the go on again.

Most likely a bad column switch. Somehow the contacts on the switch inside the column have been permanently connected. Unless you are fairly expierienced with interior electrical issues i would consult a good auto electric place. Problem is, the replacment part will be a dealer only item so it could be spendy, look at wrecking yards. hope that helps
