Recently I had a problem with my fuel injection system. Fuel was leaking from the injectors into my oil and this caused alot of smoke to come from the exhaust. When the injection system was fixed and the oil and oil filter changed, the smoke continued to pour form the exhaust. Do you know what is causing this?

The vehicles is a Citroen Saxo VTR 1999.

Thanks

Ok thanks, do you know how long it should be left running for to clear?
I have done so for a couple of hours, the smoke is not as bad but is still coming through.

Thanks

Hi there if this is the case, it may take a little while and you should go for a drive to get the system at full temp.
