1999 Eurovan Climate Control Display Unit

I need directions to R&R the control unit in the dash. The dealer says the unit is bad. Its symptoms are that the digital display blinks for about 15 seconds after startup and once the settings appear, the front blower does not work.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong with your Eurovan? I allowed dealer to replace the display (cost $2k) and within 6 months later it was still doing same thing but air coming out defrost vent (instead of front vent). But it does not always do this and so dealer "can't find anything wrong" when they look at it.
