:?:We're pretty sure the relay is okay, too. Is there a temperature sensor on the engine that acts as a switch for the relay or does it go to the computer module, which then controls the relay? We're trying to figure out which part to replace.

Coolant temperature sensor inputs to the PCM. It inturn sends voltage to the relay to energize the cooling fan. Be sure to check the wires and connectors also.

Good luck and let us know. :)
