My car was fine this morning when I drove to work. I was on me way home from work and my car started to jerk when I was in 1st gear I went into 2nd and still started jerking. When I went into 3rd+4th it was fine. I stopped at a junction tried to pull away and stalled. I also stopped and tapped my foot on the gas just tapped and it stalled again. From then on I just floored the gas until it was warmed up. I got nearer my house and it felt fine without flooring it. What the hell could it? Clutch maybe?

Sounds like one or more of the cylinders is not firing correctly? Could be numerous reasons for this. Faulty spark plug/plug lead? Would help if we knew vehicle make and model
