1987 Questions for all other cars oil change

Hi, I have a 1987 Mini City 998cc and I need to do an oil change on her. Could you advise me on what I would need to do this? What tools would I need, I have a standard type jack (used for changing wheels) would this be ok to jack the car up with while i'm doing it or would i need a better jack to do this. Thanks in advance.

Buy an engine flush, oil and filter, oil filter wrench, and a pair of jackstands and a professional tool set. Now find the drain plug - Run the engine atleast 5 mins with the flush then drain it-
